ASDF row: Caps lock, asdfghjkl;' Enter: 13 keys
ZXCV row: left Shift, zxcvbnm,./ Right Shift, : 12 keys
Bottom row: Ctrl, Alt, Space, Alt, Ctrl: 5 keys
Top right: Home, Insert, Page Up, Delete, End, Page Down: 6 keys
Arrow keys: 4 keys
Number pad: 17 keys.
This is a total of 84 keys, 101 with a number pad.
Windows keyboards generally have 2 windows keys and a context menu key, making a total of 87 keys, 104 with a number pad.
Other keyboards have different variations. Eg, function keys, or sound adjustment keys.
Unfortunately, there isn't a "standard" computer keyboard, although most would argue that the QWERTY keyboard with Windows keys (a 104-key keyboard) is the most popular, and therefore the standard.
