I would guess 12 - when they start junior high school.
The environments. The teachers treat you differently, for example in middle school they are still appealing to an all-audiences sort of teaching method, whereas in high school they just put it all out there, and the students who disagree can handle it by that point. The kids are more likely to drink and smoke in high school. The social "system" is more strictly established.
Possibly so middle school students don't pick on the elementary kids.
You can expect a lot more kids, lockers (if you didn't have them already), sports teams, a lot more classes, and a lot of fun. :) People's views on junior high school changes from person to person. You just have to experience it for yourself.
NO a lot if grown-ups play it as well some people in junior high (middle school) play it and some high school kids play it as well but mostly elementry plays it even i do im 13
If you mean on the show, they go to Ridgeway High School in Seattle, Washington. If you mean real life, I have no clue.
Students in South Korea are required to go to school at least junior high school. 2~3 years for kindergarten, 6 years for elementary, 3 years for junior high. Additional 3 years for high school and 2~6 years for college is not required, but most of the students finish all these courses.
I suggest playing Junior Tier 1 or 2 hockey in the US system or Tier 2 in the Canadian system. Junior Tier 3 in the US is a long shot and most kids that are good enough out of high school to play D3 will chase D1 meaning they will play Junior Tier 1 or 2 in the US or Junior Tier 2 in Canada. Kids straight out of High School or AAA will find it very diificult to make even the weakest teams in D3.
It is one of those kids who is in junior high school and still can't resist smacking puddles with a stick and making a muddy mess of himself in the process.
