Depending on the type of grain, you would need in between 3 and 4 kilos of uncooked rice.

this question makes no sense at all, the figures are wrong. please provide the correct figures if you want an answer. the field cannot be 16 squared centimetres! that is a block 4cm x 4xm!!!
