Scene is a style. It is a mix of varies styles. To understand the style scene you first of all need to understand what Emo style is. The best way is to look up pictures on Google. Scene is many things. Like hair dying in different colours like pink. blue, rainbow, coontail, etc. They way they do their hair tells you that they are scene. Both genders usually have side bangs/fringes. Girls usually have short layers at the top and the layers slowly move down through out the whole head of hair and these hairs are teased and this forms a curve shape to the hair and in this way you realise they are scene. Also the way they dress. But it is all in the hair. Boys have their hair straightened and with a side bang/fringe. Their are many various Scene Queens and Kings. How can I style my blond medium length hair to be scene?
Well you should get lot's of colorful highlights. You can either make your hair choppy or straight which is easy to do with a flat iron. If you want to you can die it black and do what i said but blond with the preceding instructions will be scene. Extensions. Most scene girls have ridiculously long hair with layers. If you don't want to color treat your hair or damage with the chemicals in hair spray or gel which you have to use to tease it then get extensions. The base color should be your hair color and then the accent color can be whatever the hell you think looks good. go on youtube and look up "Scene hair how to" and you'll find plenty of videos that show you have to do your hair 'scene'. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Ok well you need loads of layers on top and sleeker, longer hair on the bottom. Make your hair as straight as possible first and then back-comb (tease) your top layers like crazy! Then get some spray (I use got2be glued- its seriously like glue) and SPRAY EVERYWHERE, on top and underneath the layers. Next get gel and run it through your hair, going underneath your layers and pushing upwards to make it nice and poofy. Remember this all depends on if your hair is cut in the right way- if you really want scene hair go to your hairdressers and ask for mega choppy layers on top and sleeker ones below- or bring in a picture, I did, and my hair rocks XD For the ulimate scene hairdo, dye your hair. Blonde is good because then you don't get confused with emo, and colourful highlights help as well... that is, if your mom will allow you XD If you need an alternitive to dying your hair, try colourful hair pieces. You don't need to, but that's how most "scene" people have it. Why not just get your hair cut how you like it instead of worrying about stereotypes and how you "need" to have it.

if by "scene" you mean the long straight look with fringe bangs and teased up top, you dont need much. if you dont know how to cut different lengths of layers yourself, go to a salon. if you have short layers in your hair, just use a teasing comb and make it have more volume. straighten your hair stick straight. use volumizing hairspray on top, not too much or it will just look hard and shiny. it'd be cute if you did some different colors too. good luck:)

Is 11 year old to young for scene hair?
Many people think it is because most scene kids are teenagers. Ones older than you will think you're a poser and you don't want that to happen. I suggest you wait until around 13+ and get out of elementry school. Not alot of people your age know about that kinda stuff but hey, do what you like. I think you should do whatever you want to do and if people call you a poser and your not forget them. I am scene and I am 13. I had scene hair since I was 11/12 and I'm like a scene maniac which is good .
