There are usually 2 or 3 cubs in a litter but there can be more. But the reality is that usually only 1 or 2 at greatest survive.

In the wild, 2-3 cubs are normally born in a snow leopard litter, although one snow leopard in captivity gave birth to 7 cubs! Female snow leopards can mate every other year. I don't know how often males can mate; I would assume that they could mate every year, once they reach the appropriate age.
