A woman has 2 structures that people often refer to as "lips". The outer structure is the labia majora and the inner structure is the labia minora. Both sets attach to each other at both ends, top and bottom. Tucked inside the labia minora is the woman's clitoris. Below that is a smooth area. And then is the opening of the urethra for urine to pass from the body. Athough many people think that women urinate from "inside" the vagina, the urethra is NOT inside the vagina. But it sits above and outside of the vagina. Next is another smooth area of skin called the perineum. And last, is the anus.
