12.5 to 10.
17 gallon / 64 liter unleaded fuel tank
A liter is a measure of volume; we need to calculate the volume of the tank. For this we need to have all three measurements of the tank.
The "1.5 liter" is the engine size. The Prius gas tank holds 11 gallons.
70 litres
My 1995 Ford Explorer XLT , with the 4.0 liter EFI , V6 engine ( which is an Over Head Valve / pushrod design engine ) holds ( 21 U.S. gallons in the gas tank )
There is no one tank, and no one capacity. A small car might have a 35 liter tank, a large car a 70 liter tank. A large truck may have a 370 liter tank.
In the fuel tank may have to be removed for access
2wd Suburbans came with a 28 gallon fuel tank, 4wd versions came with a 42 gallon tank.
Is this a trick question , because there wasn't a 1998 model year for the Mercury Cougar The 1997 Mercury Cougar , with the 3.8 liter V6 engine , has a ( 18.0 US. gallon tank The 1999 Mercury Cougar , with the 2.5 liter V6 engine , has a ( 15.4 US. gallon tank )
15.5 gallons
2.0 liter engine: 13.2 gal/50 liters --- 2.3 liter engine: 14.0 gal/53 liters
It depends on the model and engine displacement. My W124 220E has a 70 liter fuel tank capacity.
