Making the assumption that by 0.33 litres you mean 33 / 100ths of a litre, rather than one third:Rounded to two decimal places, 1 cup = 236.59 millilitres.0.33 litres = 330 millilitres.Rounded to two decimal places, 330 / 236.59 millilitres = 1.39 cups.
236.58 times 2, or 473.17643 ml in two cups.
It all depends how big your cups are! There are 1000 litres in one cubic metre. One litre of water weighs 1 kilogram so one cubic metre weighs 1000 kg = 1 metric tonne. Neat eh? Back to the cups... one American cup is approximately 0.237 litres so two American cups is 0.474 litres Finally 0.474 litres = 0.000474 cubic metres or written another way 4.74 x 10-4 cubic metres. So I think I would stick to the cups (or litres) rather than cubic metres! Much easier it is really about finding the most appropriate units for the task at hand.
For every one-and-a-half cups of rice, I add two cups of water.
Hello
Two cups is approximately 1/2 liter (0.4732L).
1 liter = 0.2642 gallon. There are two cups in a pint, 2 pints in a quart, and 4 quarts in a gallon. So there are 16 cups in a gallon. 0.25L = 0.25(0.2642qt)=0.06605gallon. (0.06605gal)(16cups/gallon)=1.0568 cups, so about 1 cup.
