For this type of question, use an online RuneScape skill calculator. Thus, you can not only get the experience for "maple logs / 99 firemaking", but also quickly experiment with other target levels, and other types of logs. There is one at Salmoneus' site (runescape.salmoneus.net); but there are others, too.
It depends on how many hours a day you'll play RuneScape.
magic logs. I think its 75 firemaking.
1,021 Teak logs to get to 60 FiremakingFrom 60 Firemaking to 99, 63,016 Yew Logs.Note: this is the mid price optionThe most money saving is:122,551 Maple Logsor142,976 Willow logs, however this can still be dear.
One maple log on RuneScape will grant you 135 Firemaking experience when burned. You need 11,824,010 experience points to advance from level 75 to level 99 in a skill. 11,824,010 divided by 135 equals 87,585.25926.Therefore, you will need to burn 87,586 maple logs to advance from level 75 to level 99 in Firemaking (assuming you receive no experience bonuses).
i got 99 firemaking from maples and you get 3,645 exp per one inventory load ,this includes the 27 logs and 1 tender box
It all depends what level your Firemaking is. lets say your Firemaking is 58 (Just high enough to burn eucalyptus logs) you would have to burn just over 66,000 eucalyptus logs.
You would need to chop approximately 94524 maple logs in order to advance from level 60 to level 99 in firemaking. ---------------- Fact: Did you know by the time you get level 95 in a skill you will have to get all the experience you acquired to get to level 95 again in order to get level 99?
144, 679 willow logs, which equals to 2,025,506 GP if you want to buy them all.
Mainly Yew & Magic logs -fletching/firemaking reasons. Edit by Eng1sh: Due to the recent drop of the Maple logs in their value (from 44 gold pieces each to now about 36-39 gold pieces each) I would say that Maple logs are probably the most selling log in Runescape. Many players find them to be the best logs to burn for 99 Firemaking because of the better experience yield as opposed to Willow logs. They also give good experience for the Fletching skill, and many are sold everyday. Yew and Magic logs are typically too expensive to be traded on a mass-scale, and therefore Maple logs can be sold in greater bulk.
