I believe that the marlin model 783 holds 7 rounds.
You would have to ask Marlin.
The marlin model 990 was made to hold 18 rounds in its tube magazine.
The Marlin Glenfield model 60 is one of the rifles many variations that was in production from 1966-1982.
The Marlin model 1894 rifle in 32-20 Win.should hold 10 rounds of ammo.If this is a original model made from 1894-1934.
Your marlin should hold 5 plus one in the chamber.
As of right know it would be had to say because marlin never assigned a block of serial numbers to the model 1893.they were included with the other models being made at that time which were the model 1889,1891,1892,1893,1894,1897.
Google Numrich Arms. They have many parts.
mine holds 9.
Unlike Winchester, there are no yearly production figures available for the Marlin model 336RC in the public domain.
The Glenfield 25 was manufactured from 1979 through 1982. Some would suggest the Marlin Glenfield 25 was produced from 1972-1982. Regardless, the Glenfield name was cancelled in 1983. The rifle continued as the Marlin Model 25 until 2003, which then became the Marlin 925. Thousands were produced so YES it is common to find a Marlin-Glenfield Model 25. How many original matching Marlin scopes made it so far with the rifle however is another story. I have not seen many with the matching scope so this may be uncommon. The Model 25 is a robust and classic rifle. Enjoy :)
he Marlin Model 88 was made from 1948 to 1956. It was replaced by the Model 89. The Model 88 was one of Marlin's less expensive guns, and therefore did not get serialized. Prior to passage of the Gun Control Act of 1968, guns were not required to have serial numbers, and Marlin did not serialize many of the less expensive models. It required an extra manufacturing step that added to the cost, so it was omitted. The Model 88 would have had American black walnut used for the stock.
