In RuneScape, you don't usually get members-only items if you are a non-member. A common problem in the past has been for ex-members: when losing your membership status (because you don't continue paying for membership), you ran out of bank space, and had to get rid of several items, perhaps valuable items. This has been solved a few weeks ago: The bank space is now separated in member space and non-member space. So now, you don't need to get rid of members' items if you change to non-members.

Yes it is, well some parts are and some are not free. If you were a member you would get to go to higher levels in the game and probably be a little more fun. Also if you were a member you would get more house items too.
Club Penguindotcom has paid memberships but you can play free games without being a paid member. You are not able to get everything in the games for free as there are some items you must purchase.
you can just log in and like at parties or grand openings they sometimes give out clothing items, or when rockhopper comes you can go on the ship and he will give out free items
No, any Member Items worn in Free To Play Worlds will give no bonusses at all, though it will appear as if you are wearing the items, you might as well be naked. You can check your Combat Stats in the "Show Equipment Stats" screen accessible at the Equipment Screen.
You have to be a member of Club Penguin to get clothing and many other items. When you are not a member, you essentially are only getting to play a trial version of the game.
A lot of people play free user on Club Penguin. But a lot of people play as a member as well. So I say its half and half.
No a non-member cannot wear a ring of stone or any other member item, when you take a member item from a Member server to a Free To Play server, the name of the item changes to "Member's Item" (regardless of which item it is) and it cannot be used. If you have Member's Items equipped when you transfer to a Free To Play World these items will show, but they will provide no combat stats. The only way to use something that resembles member's items is to get Corrupt Dragon items. They are identical to dragon equipment only members can use, with the exception of not being able to perform special attacks. Unfortunately, most of them cost a few million and it disappears in thirty minutes.
f2p means free-to-play meanig a non member cause you play for free being non member where as p2p is pay-to-play meaning a member who gets tons of advantages but has to pay actual money
Yes, you have to be a member to access Ninjago items/worlds etc.
yes. but if you want a premium member you have to pay. but to just play fantage with no membership is free.
play games. remember, if you are a non member, the only things you can buy are the red and blue puffles and the free items
Corrupt items were made by Jagex, so free players could see what several members items are like. The corrupt weapons are expensive, free to play, AND CAN NOT BE REPAIRED!Note: The corrupt armour is less expensive than the real ones, but as it degrades, if you become a member it is strongly suggested to buy the non corrupt item.
