There are no miles per hour in a mile. Miles per hour are used to measure how fast you are going. Miles are used to measure how far away something is or how long it is. One has nothing to do with the other.

The FUJITA SCALE for tornadoes goes like this. I am listing in MPH, not KM.

F0 40-72 mph 29% are these
F1 73-112 mph 40 % are these

F2 113-157 mph

F3 158-206 mph

F4 207-260 mph

F5 261-318 mph



I have been a trained volunteer NWS weather spotter for 25 years now. My adult sons are and 2 granddaughters (10, 6) are getting to be very good at it.
