They don't have cam belts, they have chains. No need to replace.

No, it is not necessary to change the spark plugs on your 2003 Ford Winstar at 30,000 miles. It has Platinum Plugs from the factory and they have a life span of approximately 100,000 miles. I suggest checking the gap and cleaning them at 50-60M miles, but not replacing until around 100K.
