There are eight, all near battlefields: Gettysburg, Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania, Chickamauga & Chattanooga, Guilford Courthouse, Horseshoe Bend, Kings Mountain, Pea Ridge, Vicksburg, and Shiloh.

There are also eight national battlefields, four national battlefield parks, and one national battlefield site.
