Pretty difficult to have any milliliters in a caliber since milliliters measure volume and caliber is a measure of length and width. I think we have a typo. here. If I understand the question correctly calibers are measured two ways, either millimeters or thousandths of an inch. There are approx. 25.4 millimeters (m/m) in 1.000 inch
