It depends on the year, and which market you are asking (ie: US, Japan, Europe, etc.).
There is no exact number of models total working in the US and I doubt that there ever will be. In addition to the supermodels, there are hundreds of thousands of regular models that aren't in the limelight that receive bookings through their agencies. You'd have to calculate the total number of modeling agencies in America, and then add up the number of models on their rosters--which can range from a boutique agency's 10-30 models to a larger agency with more than 100 models. Even then you'd have to count those models that consider themselves freelance without agency representation.
"NGK D8EA" are the standard plugs called for in the manual for "US" models. "NGK DR8ES-L" for all "UK" models. or "ND X24ES-U" for "US" models. "ND X24ESR-U" for "UK" models.
Underwear models are usually a UK 8 or US 4. Some brand prefer to showcase their garments on curvier models and will therefore choose a UK 10/12 or US 6/8.
