It's not time, it's amount. Over 3k and you must file.
If you sell more than five vehicles, wholesale or retail, within 12 months, you need a dealers license in minnesota. Jeremiah in Minnesota.
Generally no, but it depends on how your policy is set up and how many claims you file a year.
In many states you have up two years to submit a claim for accidents. But statues of limitation vary from state to state.
I hear you can claim exempt for two months in a year without hurting you in the end... however, I can't say for sure that is a true fact.
Sorry to say, but in Minnesota as a school bus driver you can not claim unemployment like every other seasonal job. School bus drivers are lumped in with teachers even though most of the time they aren't given the option to spread their pay over 12 months. This means that many have zero income for a few months a year.
Yes, you can always ''file'' a claim (it costs you nothing) with your home owners insurance company, and most particularly should as the parents of the other child will more than likely file suit. There may be some exclusion (as not too many details in your question) that would not allow coverage, however, I have seen an awful lot of things covered/paid that children of the household have done. File the claim, and find out, cooperate fully with the investigation. And I'm very sorry.....
