This is a difficult question to answer, as many people aren't drug tested when they are booked in jail. However, I can tell you that marijuana use has a weak corelation to violence. That is, no one can prove that marijuana makes you violent. But with the strict marijuana laws that America has today, I would assume the number would be pretty high. It sure is a shame that our prisons do not have enough room to hold violent, habitual offenders because we are so filled with people who just want to take some stress off their sholders... Oh well.
