You should be able to see Jupiter's four largest moons in binoculars or a small telescope, for example, one with a diameter of 4-5 cm. Note that you can't always see all four at once.

With a good pair of binoculars, you can potentially see up to four of Jupiter's largest moons: Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto. These are known as the Galilean moons and are relatively bright. They appear as small dots of light orbiting around Jupiter. However, the visibility and clarity can also depend on factors like atmospheric conditions and the quality of the binoculars.

What do you call a moon when you see circle of light?

There's no special name. Stars also come 'out' during the day but they are too dim to overcome the bright blue sky. With binoculars you can see Venus in the day if you know exactly where to look (and don't point the binoculars at the Sun!).
