The only thing that can be measured gracefully on a laptop is the value. This would tally up the programs that are pre-loaded, and then all the perks such as games and web-cams. If you can determine value this way, as timely as it is, it still won't help much, as computers usually sell more by demand than by products within, so price would always be changing.
