Add plenty of water to the daily intake; not sodas, apple juice, ect...just water. About 1/2 of your body weight (for a non-exercising/active person) in ounces per day should be water....ex: 200lb person should drink approx. 100 oz of water daily. Adding a source of pottassium like banannas or patassium pills will also help.
