I'm not sure what you mean by "pedestrian accesses". Not counting Cast Member (employee) only entrances, there are around 40 turnstiles, though some of those (the ones furthest from the center) are used as exits rather than entrances, and even the ones that are set up as entrances may not all be open at any given moment.

There is only one main entrance area; Disney calls it the "Esplanade" or "Main Entrance Plaza", and it serves both Disneyland (the gates on the north side) and Disney California Adventure (the gates on the south side). You can approach it from the west (Downtown Disney/Disneyland Hotel area) or east (Harbor Boulevard); you can't get to it directly from the north or south because the parks are in the way, though you can skirt the park on either Harbor Boulevard or Disneyland Drive until you reach the pathway leading to the Esplanade.

There's one additional entrance to Disney California Adventure, which is actually in the Grand Californian hotel. Depending on what time of day it is and how busy it is, it may or may not be restricted to hotel guests only (if you ride the tram in from the parking structure, factoring in the walk through the hotel itself the hotel park entrance is about the same distance from the tram stop as the main entrance is anyway, so the only real benefit to using it is if you want to get World of Color Fastpasses as soon as possible ... the distribution kiosk for those is considerably closer to the entrance from the hotel than it is to the main entrance). Non-hotel guests can nearly always EXIT through it, which could be convenient if you wanted to eat at Napa Rose in the hotel; if you're just trying to get to the tram or to Downtown Disney you now need to pass through security (again) when leaving the hotel, which almost certainly outweighs any other advantages that exit may have.
