Depends on what else you are serving. One site I looked at suggested abt 1/2 c per person as a side with about 4 people per lb of pork and beans. So that would be about 20 people. If all you are serving is baked beans, I'd halve the number to about 10 - depending on their appetites. However, if you are feeding teenage boys, I'd say this should be enough for 2.
