There were 23 airship raids in 1916 in which 125 tons of ordnance were dropped, killing 293 people and injuring 691. The last raid was in August 1918. Large blimps were used in World War 2 because they could spend many hours high off shore trying to spot submarines. At 10,000 feet high, the anti-aircraft guns could not get to them. From that height, they could see underwater and could see submarines.

If you mean how many people did Winston Churchill personally kill in World War 2 he did not kill any. He was the Prime Minister of Great Britain. He was not a General in the Royal Army.
