As well as I can determine, none from volcanic eruption. It has not erupted for well over 150 years, so the area was very sparcely populated and apparently there were not even any permanent Native American habitations in the immediate vicinity, so if there were any fatalities, they would not have been recorded. In recent years, there have been about three mountaineering fatalities annually, but I could not find a total number.
