There have been various eruptions on Mount Rainier in history, but one of the most recent significant ones occurred about 5,600 years ago, which is known as the Osceola Mudflow. During this event, it is believed that no human casualties occurred since there was no permanent human settlement in the area at that time.

As well as I can determine, none from volcanic eruption. It has not erupted for well over 150 years, so the area was very sparcely populated and apparently there were not even any permanent Native American habitations in the immediate vicinity, so if there were any fatalities, they would not have been recorded. In recent years, there have been about three mountaineering fatalities annually, but I could not find a total number.
There have been no reported deaths resulting from an eruption of Mount Aso in recent years. The mountain has had sporadic eruptions, with the last major eruption occurring in 2016, but there were no casualties reported.
Though the records weren't as well kept in the time of Pompeii (79 A.D.) a lot of known people died. It is estimated that there are 16,000 people that died during the Vesuvius eruptions.
