There have only been 12 deaths caused by large constricting snakes in 40 plus years of their history in captivity here in America. The number of dog, horse, livestock, and captive deer related deaths are in the HUNDREDS YEARLY as opposed to an accumulation of deaths over a period of many years.
There is no way to estimate how many people have been killed by reptiles, or by most other causes of death.
Perhaps you could narrow down your criteria? Restrict it, maybe, to a particular area, or time? Also to whether the cause of death by reptile is direct (being bitten by a snake, for example) or indirect (choking on a reptile while eating it, or from being fatally injured while avoiding a reptile, for example).
Very few, usually only 2 or so per year for constrictors, plus a few more for the people who keep venomous snakes or zoo accidents.
3 or 4 a year but no person really knows
Around 3,500 people are estimated to be killed by scorpions each year worldwide. Most of these deaths occur in North Africa and the Middle East.
