Lets use Facebook for an example:Sign In: If you sign in to Facebook you already have an account. You are just typing in your log-in information.Sign Up: If you are signing up for Facebook it means that you don't have an account yet and are making one. You create your log-in information. After you have signed up you will always log-in to Facebook after that. Unless of course you are creating a second account.SIGN IN:Already have an account and are putting in your informationSIGN UP:You are MAKING an account and are still giving your informationSo there you have it!! Sign in and Sign up:You can do the same for this website aswell! ;)

If you are using your email address to verify your Facebook account, you should receive an e-mail from Facebook asking you to click on a link to verify your account. If you are using your mobile phone number to verify your account, you will receive a text message with a code. Enter that code into the Facebook webpage that is requesting the code. If you have not yet received and email or a text, or accidentally deleted it, you should be able to find a verify tab in either Account Settings or Privacy Settings.
To get the answer to this you need to look at the Facebook security information.
Actually, Bob Bryar does have a facebook, but I have yet to find it.
