There was no "Indian Army." There were tribes and federations, all with their own agendas, alliances, and conflicts. The total number of Indians who picked up a weapon and fought during the French and Indian War (or, the Seven Years' War) is unknown. You might be able to find out how many natives were in a specific battle, through an account made by a French or British soldier, but keep in mind that an observation, especially one made under the stress of battle and probably recorded long after the fact, should not be taken as the golden truth.
