The White Arcades was created in 1987-06.
I went to a lot of arcades in the 80s and 90s. There used to be gigantic arcades filled to the brim with machines, and frequently other attractions as well. For a time in the early 90s there was this older very rough form of VR that took up a lot of space. These arcades also frequently had things like Lazer Tag. But only small arcades at movie theatres and the like took quarters. the larger arcades took tokens. And generally the more money you spent up front the more tokens you'd get. $20 would generally last an hour to an hour and half at an arcade depending on what games you'd play and of course how good you were at them. If you died a lot, you'd burn through your tokens.

Some of the best game arcades are actually barcades. That is, they are located in bars and are geared to people over the age of twenty one. Royal Arcade on Old Bond Street has been given high ratings.
Probably the same things you like. I like Arcades, reading, hot rods & Ebay amongst other things.
