Many people use apps like InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, and CapCut for video edits on Instagram. These apps offer user-friendly interfaces and a variety of editing tools, including filters, effects, and music integration. Additionally, Instagram's own editing features, such as trimming, text overlays, and stickers, are often utilized for quick edits before posting.

That depends on how much bandwidth your users end up consuming. If it is a big game, and many people play, and/or it is a network/multiplayer game, it will most likely take up a large amount of costly bandwidth (games like Everybody Edits generate 6TB of bandwidth per month!!) whereas a smaller game like Mario is usually not so much of a worry. It all depends on how big the games are, what the games do, and how many people play the games.
