Anna Zielinski appears in many Kindle commercials.
There have been 5 generations of different kindle models. The current 5th generation includes the flagship Kindle 5, the Kindle paperwhite. There is also the Kindle Fire and Kindle Fire HD which have an LCD colour screen and run on the Android operating system.
Both the devices are well built and serve their purpose. Nook has the ability to add an sd card to increase the memory. If you already have many kindle books, you should prefer kindle. if you have purchased books in the barnes and nobles store, you should prefer nook.
Electronic readers are produced by many different manufacturers, and costs vary significantly. One of the more expensive electronic readers is the Kindle Paperwhite by Amazon at å£109. They also make a cheaper Kindle at å£69. Barnes and Noble make the Nook which costs $119 for a glow light edition, or, like Amazon, make a simpler version for $59.

The kindle fire HD is good for rreading and amazon apps. But for the price I would just get an android tablet and download the kindle reading app.
Yes you can - you can read an eBook as many times as you like.
No. There is no camera on the Kindle Fire. There are many other similar products like the iPad, iPad 2, the new iPad, & the Blackberry Playbook which have cameras. Many sources report that the new and updated Kindle Fire may have a camera.
an i pad it can do many more thing than a kindle
If you are talking about the kindle reader, for reading books, then there is no reason why it should. It is not like a flashing light, which can cause seizures for some people. The form of epilepsy that has seizures caused by flashing lights is known as photosensitive epilepsy. That only affects some people. Most people with epilepsy are not affected by flashing lights. One of the many misconceptions about seizures and epilepsy is that they are caused by flashing lights. That is only true for those who are photosensitive. Only about 3% to 5% of people with epilepsy are photosensitive. For other people with epilepsy it is not a problem at all. So the kindle reader is not a problem.
A kindle fire HD has 40 gigabytes
A kindle would be an excellent gift, but only under the correct circumstances. I have one and it is quite useful but most I my friends do not like it, especially the older of my friends. Make sure you know if this person likes to read, though, because it can do nothing but show books. Also, many people prefer regular books or nooks over the kindle because the nook has more functions (but, like the iPad is more for the teens) and reading on electronics can be bothersome. I would only give the person in question this if you know them well and you know that they would appreciate it. I know several people who have received kindles as gifts and, sadly, did not find the machines as satisfactory as the giver expected. In this circumstance, not knowing anything, my first instinct is find something else. Many people do not like the way the kindle acts and feels.
