Some no doubt do,but the vast majority would speak mainly Portugese.
Most of the countries of South America Speak Spanish. For the languages of Brazil, click here.
He probably does, but brazil's language is portuguese.
All of them, except in Brazil, where they speak Portuguese.
Brazil is the South American country that does not speak Spanish. The official language of Brazil is Portuguese.
No, we don't speak Spanish. Brazil official language is Portuguese. All people talk Portuguese except for indigenous people. Spanish for us is a foreign language that we have to learn like people in the U.S do but in the U.S there are a lot that people whose first language is Spanish, here is not like that. On the other hand most people that speak Portuguese can understand Spanish easily and vice versa. So usually we don't learn Spanish as our second language. We study English instead.
Mainly Spanish, although there are numerous native languages also.
Most people in Latin America speak either Spanish or Portuguese. Spanish is the dominant language in most countries, with Portuguese being the official language of Brazil.
Most people dont speak english. But it makes no sense Brazil was founded by Portugal, and as such has the national language of Portugese. What percentage speak Spanish is a hard thing to research for English speaking people. But there must be a strong percentage since almost every country that boarders Brazil is Spanish speaking. Note there is one that has the national language of French. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Its our Official and NATIONAL Language, we never speak English here, Only Portuguese, we learn English and Spanish at school though, some people might do French... Not many speak English here, we speak Portuguese of course, not Spanish, its an insult if you speak spanish here. But the spanish speaking Population is 6.5%. English is like 3%.
It does makes sense because one needs to know English especially when doing business. Most business is done in English. The language spoken in Brazil is Portuguese, and despite of the fact that the countries that border's Brazil are contries where the main language is Spanish, the majority of people in Brazil don't speak spanish (even though, the number of people who does speak spanish in Brazil is big).
Of course yes... their native language is portuguese, but if they study English they can speak it like the Americans can speak another language studying it!!! (stupid question)
they speak spanish
There are some that are of Spanish descent, but this is a small minority. Brazil is very multicultural. The language of Brazil is Portuguese. Most Brazilians are of African, Indigenous, and Portuguese descent, with numerous minorities from across the globe.
