Phnom Penh is in Cambodian area code 023.From other countries, dial Cambodia's country code +855, followed by the Cambodian number without the trunk prefix '0'. For Phnom Penh, that's +855 23.(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. What are some of the disadvantages of living in Phnom Penh City?

Phnom Penh is the capital of Cambodia. Phnom Penh is a small city and the population is 2 million. There are many interesting places like Royal palace, national museum... and modern place. Also, there has many bars, nightclub; casino. Those are not a problem for the city now. However, In the city has a few of high buildings and the traffic in the city is so crowded, noise and all so pollutions because of traffic jam nearly every day, so all of those made the weather in the city doesn't have fresh air. For parking car is not enough for the city. There are tree disadvantages of Phnom Penh that need to change like traffic, parking cars and environment. First is the traffic because that is a problem for city that face almost every day. In the city, there are many small roads and it is hard to drive. People living the city some don't care about the traffic law so when driving, they are careless. For example when a traffic light is going red, some people have speed up to escape a red light that always has accident. Also for some moto dop rider they are vary careless like when a passenger call him and he see passenger calling so he true back quickly while someone drive through beside him that also has accident. Some road that government build is small and they don't build it big that no house around roads, it is a place near the city when the city is big there will be traffic jam and hard to build it big because in the future people will build house around that road. Second is a parking cars, it also important for city. A parking cars is hard to find to park in the city because there are no parking building in Phnom Penh city, you can park your car in a super market parking space or around a market and in front company that has parking space. In other place it hard to find a parking cars but it easy park your if you park your car in front other people house but no one want you to park your in front those house because in Phnom Penh city there many flat houses so a flat house has only one space to park and they will keep to park for themselves. Third is for environments in the city. An environment is not bad but it stills the problem in the city. The air is full of dust and the traffic is so crowded. It is so hot in the city because there are a few trees also from the smoke of cars. Some place in city has many papers, plastic and something else on the ground. For some people, they put their trash on the roads near their house that environment around is going bad also the city. Phnom Penh need to be change and that reason I think it is a bad things in Phnom Penh city. We know it is hard to change but we need to try to make it better than this. The Cambodia government have been spend a lot of money for this to make easy for people who living in Phnom Penh city.
