What I love about Denver is people are always outside doing something. There are tons of great parks or trails. City Park hosts free summer concerts and various outdoor activities (boathouse is great, paddle boats). Just north of the downtown skyline is a skatepark and near that is another general park where a lot of people run and walk the trails from that area to downtown. I use to play in a kickball league out there and after we would merely walk to our fav downtown bar for some post ball fun! Denver's feel is very contemporary. Just walking around is an activity in itself. Some downtown landmarks to visit are the 16th street mall, Denver Botanic Gardens, Denver Art Museum, Union Station, Denver Musuem of Natural Science, Denver Zoo, Four Mile House, Opera House, Kirland Museum of Fine and Decorative Arts, Molly Brown House, RED ROCKS (!!!must go!!!), Eltich Gardens Amusement Park, etc etc etc! Sports is pretty big in Denver. The Invesco Field and Mile High Stadium (Denver Broncos), Coors Fi
