For some people, yes the Wall Street diet has been successfull in helping them lose weight. This diet is about changing the way you eat, not changing WHAT you eat. This diet requires people to eat smaller portions. Those people who found it hard to stop eating a meal until the plate was clean were unsucessfull in changing the way they eat and therefore were not successfull with the Wall Street Diet.
