How many phases are there in a pressure times delivery timed system?

Four

What are the components of an oxygen delivery system?

An external oxygen delivery system would consist of an oxygen source (such as a pressurized gas chamber), a pressure relieving system and a delivery system such as a breathing tube.

What is wrong with a 1993 Ford Thunderbird LX 5.0 that will not start until you give it gas?

Fuel pressure regulator or bad injector is allowing the fuel delivery system to loose pressure and drain back to the tank. There's No gas at the injectors for for normal start up.

What is ford code po 191?

Injector pressure sensor system performance problem.

What is purpose of tire like air valve on side of fuel injector system?

To measure the fuel system pressure

How hard is it to change a fuel injector in a 1999 ford crown Victoria?

Depends on your level of mechanical expertise. You must remove the entire fuel rail to change one injector. It's not hard for an experienced mechanic but a novice might have a difficult time. Please note this is the delivery system for engine fuel (gasoline) under pressure. Caution to insure there are no leaks after the injector is replaced is required.

How do you install fuel injectors in a 1993 Geo Prizm?

Remove pressure from the fuel system. Remove fuel lines and the rails. Get a fuel injector puller to avoid the risk of damaging the injector. Remove the old injector and replace it.

What is used to regulate fuel pressure in the fuel system using the N3 injector?

Restrictor fitting on the back of the head.

If ford seems to choke whenever you put your foot on the gas Is this an injector problem?

Check the fuel pressure. Low fuel pressure could leave the engine starved for fuel when you try to develop power. An injector system does not have a traditional choke but what you describe could be the result of low fuel pressure.

What is the difference between a conventional diesel engine and common rail diesel engine. How does the common rail diesel engine work?

Common rail diesel basic description:A common rail diesel engine differs from a conventional diesel engine in several important respects. A conventional diesel engine works via a mechanical injection system, which relies on the engine's diesel injection pump to deliver the required fuel pressure, at the correct time, to the diesel injector in order to allow the injector to operate. Each individual injector on a conventional diesel engine has its own pipe or "rail" connecting the injector to the mechanical pump, allowing the delivery of fuel to the injector. Common rail diesel injection systems work on a much different principle. In this system the mechanical controls are replaced by electronic controls to allow for more precise metering and timing of the fuel delivery into the engine, and therefore the injection pump is no longer solely responsible for the operation of the injection system. Also, the individual injector rails are replaced by 1 (or 2) "common rail" which operates under a constant high pressure. There is no injection pump associated with this system, yet a high pressure pump is still required to deliver the high pressure fuel to the common rail. The high pressure pump is capable of producing (depending on the system used) approximately 29000 psi of pressure into the common rail. At the correct time the electronic injector is operated and the fuel is injected into the engine allowing ignition to occur. The timing and fuel quantity is controlled by an advanced engine management system which gathers data on the engine conditions via a collection of sensors. All of these sensors measure different system parameters to calculate the correct fueling for the engine at any given moment.

Would a faulty injector stop a BMW 3 series diesel from starting can it start on 3 injectors?

The 3 series BMW uses a common rail diesel injection system. This means a high pressure pump provides diesel to a common rail feeding all 4 injectors. If one injector goes down there can be insufficient pressure to start the car. The 3 series BMW uses a common rail diesel injection system.
