It depends how many photos you will take. But you should get a bit more of GB if its a sD card. Ebay has 64 GB micro sD cards for around $18.00.
It all depends on the size and quality of the photos, which can be adjusted in the setting. Most cameras show the number of pictures you can take in the bottom corner.
It depends on the quality of pictures you take, but with a 2GB card you should be able to store around 500 or 600 photos.
Sandisk creates 2 GB SD cards for consumers who may only have a desire to take photos as a 2GB SD card is sufficient for that task. The Sandisk 2GB SD card is their smallest card as they can go up to a capacity of 128GB which is aimed for consumers who wish to take HD videos.
You can not. The only way to have 32 GB of storage is to buy a brand new card that is 32 GB. The 2 GB limit is a hardware thing, not a software thing. If you want to save space, you can compress your files, or take lower resolution photos.
On a 10 megapixel sensor you will probably be able to fit over twice the amount of photos that you will take with a 4 megapixel sensor. I guess 4,000 Photos compared to 2,000. There is always a BUT, 2,000 to 4,000 photos is not worth loosing so much resolution. You are still talking about thousands and I'm not sure if you will even be able to take 2,000 photos in 4 or 6 months. I'll say take the 10 Megapixel camera with the 4 GB Card.
about 500 photos fit on 2 gb SD memory card at standard resolution. on a lower resolution it will obviously be more. Some point-and-shoot cameras, such as the Canon Powershot ELPH series, have only 3 preset file formats : fine, superfine, and normal. The ELPHs usually display the number of photos that you can take on the card you have in the camera in the lower right-hand corner of your LCD. Normal would allow around 700 photos. Also, if you use your point-and-shoot camera for video, standard resolution would give you about 15 minutes for every 1GB available on the card. hope this helps give you a general idea for how many pictures you can get!
If you are shooting in Jpg format, what most people use, and each photo is 12 mega pixels the average size of each photo will come out to be about 2.5 MB, allowing the card to hold about 798 photos. If you were shooting in raw each photo would be a size of about 18 MB allowing you to fit about 112 photos on the card. So if you shoot in raw and empty your card frequently a 2 GB memory card will fit enough photos in with no prob. I have a 2 GB card and shoot Jpg and have never ran out of room.
500 pictures.
An 8 GB memory card can be used to store photos, videos, music, and documents. 1 GB equals 1024 MB which equals 8,192 GB.
It depends completely on the quality of the photo.
Depends on how much GB you have ..
