It is designed to take pictures. Once the pictures are taken, color is given to them and the are turned and put into one whole picture making the thing they took a picture of move. Then they clean up the picture by erasing anything blury.

I don't see how a film producer could possibly have taken over the world. To do that would require a lot more finances, political power, or military might than any person ever has, and certainly more than Disney ever had. Disney, although a hard-fighting business person, never had any objective other than making a lot of money out of entertaining people.
