About 1G
Cd's hold 700 megabytes of information. since the file size of pictures varies due to the dimensions of the picture and its resolution there is no set number, but roughly several hundred pictures should fit.
It can be a single picture of reasonably high quality. However, you can fit several pictures in a megabyte, or a single picture, of very high quality, can use several megabytes. It all depends on the amount of detail, and the quality, of the picture.
The answer is one or many depending upon the resolution of the image! I have images that range from 12KB to several Megabytes. If you have 2MB images, then you can roughly store 1000 images.
Not many, but it depends on the quality and size of the pictures. The lower the quality and size the more pictures you can take.
1000 MB
With the assumption that each picture taken by the camera is 4 Mb, 32 Mb of memory can save a few pictures. It can only save 8 pictures.
A standard size for a DVD is 4.7GB. A 10 megapixel photo is about 30 megabytes in size. 1 gigabyte = 1024 megabytes. This means that you can fit around 160 of these quality pictures on a DVD. Different cameras take different sizes therefore you may be able to fit a little more or a little less.
