There are uncountable types of USB flash drives, with sizes from 512MB to 256GB!
512mb is equivalent to 0.5 gb. it is half of a gb
There are many places that sell thumb/flash drives with more than 64MB. I have seen them all the way up to 512MB (if you're going for megabytes), or even ones that are 32GB (and I am pretty sure a gigabyte is bigger than a megabyte).
