The amount of hydrocodone needed to induce euphoria is highly dependent on tolerance: opioid naive individuals may very well need only one or two 5mg pills, whereas a very opioid-tolerant person may need hundreds of milligrams. This can also vary to a lesser extent based on other factors of individual physiology.

However, abusing painkillers can be highly dangerous and thus strongly discouraged. Risks include addiction, overdose (especially in new users who take too much), and liver damage from the acetaminophen (500mg) in the pills. The maximum recommended daily dose of acetaminophen is 4000mg, with toxicity manifesting around double that. While this may not be significant for a person with low tolerance (the hydrocodone itself being the major overdose concern in this case) one with a high tolerance may easily exceed the toxic dose of acetaminophen and risk severe health complications.

depends on what your tolerance is, i just took 3 and i feel a little but not much... whatever you do dont exceed 1000mg of acetaminophen. which is the second number on the bottle should be 325 per pill. dont snort or crush up the pill it will get you high faster but is also very dangerous hope this helps... and it doesnt matter what weight you are..

I tell ya they werent working for me and i knew taking more than 4 grams (4,000 miligrams) of APAP tylenol isnt good so thats 8 a day. I took the 8 over a few hours due to the lingering pain and for me i didnt get a high. ur clouded and then get tired. no rush ir thats what ur lookin for. The 10-650 will make you feel good but i was still in pain.? I dont know what to do. Still seeing the Doc to get MRI and figure it out.
