How many pints of water should you drink a day?

Roughly 2-3 pints for the average person. This may vary

depending on certain factors such as how much you exercise,

pregnancy etc. You shouldn't drink over 6 pints in a day, and make

sure what you do drink is spread throughout the day and not drunk

in one big go.
