12 Points in UK.
This is specifically for Florida.
Your license may be suspended if you incur the following points:
If you're a minor (younger than 18), the law is even more strict; if you accrue just six points in a 12-month period, your license will be limited to "business purposes only" for one whole year. Earning more than six points in that same time period will result in an 90-day extension of your license limitations.
Points are given on the date the offense occurs. Driving out of state doesn't help, either; you'll accrue the same amount of points on your Florida license for convictions in any state or federal court.
In California, I believe that it is 3 points.
If you lose your Florida driver license and need a replacement license, where do you apply for it?
No.

You essentially are renewing your license in the second state. Your record will follow you. Paying up if you do not have too many points and getting insurance coverage may allow you to get the license.
at your driver license office. or internet at http://www.gorenew.com
how many points do you need to fly/
three or 5 Depends on your location, UK and Ireland are 12 points, Australia is 12 points, New Zealand is 12 points. It also depends on your license - provisional licenses may have only a fraction of this amount.
You can but I wouldn't if I were you. You cannot remove driver license points in most jurisdictions by paying. They come off over time. Behave yourself and you don't need to worry about points on your license, AND THE REST OF US DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT YOU! You get points by doing something stupid, inconsiderate, or dangerous to others.
