Though civilian Jews were sought out and killed, so were Gypsie, homosexuals, Polish (many by the Soviet Union), handicapped - both physically and mentally, as were others in conquered or fought over lands, including Germany and Japan. Millions of military and resistance fighters were also killed in WWII.
