But here goes:

milliliter is a unit of volume (for example ft3). lbs is a unit of mass. So the two aren't directly related, you need to know the density of the fluid you are working with to convert from milliliters to lbs.

This is unless I understood your question wrong. If not, provide the density if you want an answer.

The equation for the conversion is as follows, for m=mass, V=volume and p=density:

m=pV

1 milliliter = 0.001 liters

1000 liters = 1m3

in other words:

1 liter = 0.001m3

and

0.001 liters = 0.000001m3

thus:

1 milliliter = 0.000001m3

which is the the volume "V".

Now

1m3 = 35.315ft3

thus:

V = 0.000001m3, but you want it in ft.

So, V = 0.000001*35.315 = 0.000035315ft3

Now just insert the density of the fluid/solid/gas you are using and presto.

m=p*0.000035315

Just remember that the density you insert must be in the units lbs/ft3.
