I went from 210lb to 173lb with really just 1 number.
You need to know your 0 weight loss or gain and make a small deficit from there.
People try and eat at too large of a deficit(resticitive diet and to quickly so it if they lose any weight they gain it back). They essentially are trying to shed big while their body is trying to hold on. You need to sneak up on your body. My experience has been (went from 210lb to 173lb) that eating barely under my 0 weight loss or gain number works best. I have seen it work better for others as well.
The ONLY and best site to get this number at is healthsidekick
FYI all other sites are off when they tell you how much food you can eat and lose weight. This has been my experience.
20 pounds in 3 weeks is pretty extreme. If you are severely overweight, it can be done without health issues. Most diets are going to get you to drop about ten pounds in the first two weeks and slows down to about a pound a week as you move forward.
u cant lose it that fast. u can try but good luck w/ it. just eat healthier and exercise a little everyday. try lap swimming for an hour day. or running for 30-45 minutes a day. or just go outside and do anything to get active!
that's about or more than one Pound each day. Not possible to keep that loss rate up for that time.
you can't unless you take drastic measures such as Liposuction or not eating and excessive excerise sorry :(
3 weeks is 21 days. If you lose about a pound a day, you'll reach your goal in 3 weeks.
If you want to lose 40 pounds, then divide: 100/40=2.5 So 1 pound is 2.5% of your goal. For every pound you lose (under 220) multiply it by 2.5. EXAMPLES IF YOU NOW WEIGH-- 210 POUNDS YOU ARE 25% of the way to your goal. 205 POUNDS YOU ARE AT 37.5% 200 POUNDS YOU ARE AT 50% 190 POUNDS YOU ARE AT 75% If you wanted to calculate how much of your total body weight you've lost, then take your staring weight (220), subtract your current weight (220-205=15). Take that number and divide by your starting weight. (15/220=.068) In this case, you've lost 6.8% of your body weight and you want to lose 18.2% of your body weight.
Ten pounds of weight loss in a week is an unreasonable goal. That is five times the recommended weight loss weight. You would need to create a 35,000 calorie deficit to achieve this goal. This is not possible for most people.
Approximately 40 pounds, as 120 days equals 4 months, and a reasonable goal is 2 lbs. weight loss per week or 10 lbs. per month.
Well keep in mind it varies for different people, but if you do this for 5 days, you should lose 2-3 pounds the first 2 days, and then about a pound a day after that. Although it's not meant for that short of a term, I have heard of people doing it for 3-5 days. But another thing to do if you want to lose weight fast is to drink a lot of water, and then drink just enough to cut your thirst in the days before your goal. You can get rid of water weight. Keep in mind though, the weight you lose on the lemonade diet, about half will come back, because it's mostly water weight.
It's impossible to lose 10 pounds in a single day, please set a realistic weight loss goal and try to lose in a healthy manner.
Having solid goals can help you accomplish anything. It's not enough to say that you want to lose weight. You should clearly define how much weight you want to lose. If pounds aren't your thing, then set a goal based on pants size. Write the goal down, then come up with smaller goals to help you get there. If your goal is to lose twenty pounds then a smaller, daily goal might be to keep your calorie consumption below a certain level. When you know what you are working towards you are more likely to get there.
Depending on your goal in that three weeks, and how committed you are, but certainly between 6 - 10 pounds is achievable in 21 days if you get serious about reducing your sugar intake alone. Even more is possible if you are willing to exercise as well.
An ideal goal for weight loss is 2-3 pounds per week. You may lose more than that but be sure to eat enough calories per day.
You should eat 10 times your goal weight. So if you want to be 120 lbs, you should eat 1200 calories a day to get to your goal weight and stay there.
yes 36 weeks is like 9 months and if your drink lemon water eat green vegetables you will lose weight easlier plus you should do some cardio or toning
A lot. Aim for a more realistic goal.
Losing 15 pounds in eleven days is not possible or healthy. If losing fifteen pounds is a goal then what should happen is eat healthy foods and get proper exercise. By doing that then the fifteen pounds that you want to lose will come off in time. So simply losing 15 pounds in eleven days is not healthy and purely impossible.
