I would do 22 pounds of beans
Your answer depends on the type of bean you want to serve, and whether it not it is the main course, or a side dish. As a side dish, for example, a mix of soup beans measuring about half a cup per serving would be enough.
About 125 pounds of beans
25
About a hundred people.
Five pounds four persons per pound for regular serving.
I would make 12 pounds IF it is a side dish, or about 35 pounds if it is the main dish.
Are they only eating beans ? If other items are included in the menu please tell us so we can make a sensible answer.
Approximately 7.5 pounds
Potatoes, onions, pinto beans, and apples are four such crops.
A standard #10 (15 1/2) ounce can of beans, or any vegetable for that matter, contains about two cups of product. Figure 1/2 cup servings, so about four servings per can and therefore per pound. That works out to about 12-13 pounds wet for 50 people. Increase the quantity if your crowd really likes beans.
I would use 50 pounds, assuming there are other vegetables.
