You mean Kingsnorth in the UK? It is not nuclear, coal is used there.
Both wind turbines and coal power stations come in different sizes, so there is no quick formula to convert one to the other.
That is not fixed but you can estimate the usage as 1 kW per person, so that a power station of 500 Megawatts could supply a population of 500,000 people.
