I will give you that Sega Superstars Tennis bears a very close resemblance to Mario Power Tennis and Sega Superstars Racing (yet to be released) is basically Mario kart with sonic characters and different maps and powerups.

What is the best Mario video game for Wii?
Either Super Mario Galaxy or New Super Mario bros wii. Mario Galaxy has more levels, more of a variety of levels, more creativety and imagination, is longer, has a massive "cool" factor (levels, secret levels, powerups, enemies) but has a terrible 2-player mode, small storyline, complex controls and becomes boring rather quickly. NSMBW has a great 4-player mode, has a wide variety of bosses, has simple controls and is more original but has less levels, less variety of levels and a more "been-there-done-that" factor from the ds version and throughout the game. I personally think that Mario galaxy is better because of the creativity and range of levels.
